Following various HR roles at leading global investment banks, Christine discovered Resource Management at a Big 4 Accounting firm, and it was love at first sight. She’s spent the majority of her professional career managing the supply and demand of talent, most recently serving as the Head of Resource Management for one of the world’s largest CPA Advisory firms. Christine enjoys bringing workforce planning strategies to life with a blend of RM best practices, complementary workforce models, and a healthy dose of experimentation.

As a Latina, working mother and first-generation college student, Christine is passionate about empowering women and supporting underserved families through her philanthropic work and community involvement. Christine holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Fordham University, a Bachelor’s in Sociology from Bowling Green State University, and is a Resource Management Certified Professional. Born and raised in New York City, she is now based in Pennsylvania with her husband and children.

I created an online network that fed nearly 600 babies during the 2022 national infant formula crisis. Our group brought hope and relief to caregivers across the nation.

My first “real job” was in NYC’s Financial District during the '08 recession. That meant assembling severance packages. Many of them. That semi-traumatic experience was the catalyst of my obsession with workforce planning.

Yes! Mothering and our blended family are the most challenging and rewarding parts of my life. I truly learn something new daily and I love sharing these insights with the world as a guest expert on podcasts, webinars, and college campuses.
